Privacy policy
This page explains what happens to your data when you visit healsclinic.ge. In short: the site sets no cookies, runs no advertising or tracking scripts, and has no forms.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of any personal data processed through this website is Heals Clinic, operating as Heals Clinic in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Contact: 14 Otar Oniashvili St, Tbilisi · +995 574 15 18 18 · healsclinicgeo@gmail.com
2. What the website collects
The website itself asks for nothing. There is no registration, no contact form and no newsletter. Two things are nevertheless recorded, as on any web server:
- Server logs. Each request is written to a log file: the time, the page requested, the browser and operating system, the referring page, and the IP address. Logs are kept for roughly one week and then overwritten.
- Visitor statistics. We count page views and visitors from those same logs. IP addresses are shortened before they are counted, so the statistics cannot be traced back to a person. No script runs in your browser for this and no data leaves our server.
This site places no cookies of its own and uses no advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking technology.
3. When you contact the clinic
The buttons on this site open your phone app, Facebook Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp. From that moment the conversation happens on that service and under that service's own privacy policy; the website is no longer involved. What you write there is received by the clinic and used only to answer you and to arrange a visit.
Please do not send diagnoses, test results or other health information through social messages. Bring them to your visit or discuss them by phone.
4. Videos from Instagram and Facebook
The video section shows still covers stored on our own server. Nothing is loaded from Meta until you tap a video. When you do, Meta's player opens inside the page and Meta may then set its own cookies and receive your IP address, under Meta's privacy policy. If you do not tap a video, no connection to Meta is made.
5. Why we process this data and on what basis
- To keep the website running and secure, and to detect abuse — our legitimate interest.
- To understand which pages are useful, using statistics that identify nobody — our legitimate interest.
- To answer your message and arrange an appointment — at your request, as a step before providing a service.
7. Your rights
Under Georgian law on personal data protection you may ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its processing, and lodge a complaint.
Write to us first at healsclinicgeo@gmail.com; we answer within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge).
8. Children
The website is addressed to adults. A minor's treatment is arranged with a parent or guardian, in person or by phone.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be announced on the home page.
