Terms of use
These terms cover the healsclinic.ge website: what it is for, what it is not, and how booking works. They are not the treatment agreement, which is made at the clinic.
1. The website
This website is published by Heals Clinic (Heals Clinic). By using it you accept these terms.
2. Information, not medical advice
Everything on this site — the descriptions of conditions, the services, the videos and the answers to common questions — is general information. It cannot replace an examination, a diagnosis or a treatment plan made for you personally.
Reading this site does not create a doctor-patient relationship. For sudden severe symptoms or an emergency, call 112.
3. Booking and cancellation
A visit is arranged by phone or through the clinic's social channels. The appointment is confirmed by the clinic; a message alone is not yet a booking.
If you cannot come, please tell us in advance so the time can be given to someone else. Repeated no-shows may mean we stop holding times in advance.
4. Prices
The prices published here are the current prices for single procedures and courses. The final scope of treatment, and therefore the final price, is agreed after the doctor's consultation. Prices may change; the price in force is the one confirmed at the clinic.
5. Content and rights
The texts, photographs, videos and design of this site belong to the clinic or are used with permission. Copying them for commercial use requires our written consent. Quoting a passage with a link back is fine.
Patient reviews are published only with that patient's consent, under a name or initials they agreed to.
6. Links and embedded videos
The site links to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps, and plays videos hosted by Meta. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control what they show or collect.
7. Availability and liability
We keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or never interrupted. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of information published here, nor for damage caused by a third-party service the site links to. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for the treatment itself.
