What happens at the first visit?
The doctor listens, examines you and carries out a myofascial assessment based on the ICF classification. You leave with a documented result and a treatment plan. The consultation costs 70 GEL.
What does the full course include?
12 individual therapeutic exercise sessions and 12 therapeutic massages over one month. You choose your days: Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. The price includes a home exercise plan; your condition is checked twice during the course, and after it a follow-up consultation with the doctor is free for three months.
Do I need to know which service to book?
No. Contact us and tell us what is bothering you. Everything starts with the doctor's consultation, and that is where it is decided whether you need a single procedure, a massage course or full rehabilitation.
What is kinesiotherapy?
Treatment through movement: targeted exercises that restore mobility, strength, coordination and function. At Heals Clinic every programme is built on an individual assessment.
